Asset overview
After creating a workset, navigate to the Asset overview page to start the inspection. In this page, users can have an overview of all the assets that they work on. Assets can be viewed in grid or table, can be searched and filtered, and can be viewed and accessed through a mini-map.
Change the View of Assets (Grid and Table)
Users can switch between card and table view by clicking on the Action button
Grid View
Each asset is displayed as a card for which the cover image is selected based on the highest asset model score.
There is different information related to the asset displayed in each card.
-
The number of images linked to the asset is displayed on the top left of each card,.
-
The asset/structure name and its identifier are shown at the bottom of each card.
-
On the top right part of the card, an eye icon is displayed if there are defects registered for that asset, a green checkmark is displayed when the asset is validated or completed, and an invalid symbol is shown if the asset is invalidated.
-
If an asset does not have any linked images, an image cross icon is displayed as the cover image.
Table view
All assets are displayed in the table view. This view contains the same information as the card view. It is also possible to sort the assets by column value by clicking on the column title.
Search and filter assets
1. Search
Search feature is used to filter and find the intended asset by entering search keyword(s) in the search text area. Search keyword(s) can be either alphabetic, numeric, and special characters or any combination of those (search by asset name or identifier). Search results are displayed on the overview page. More filters can be applied along with the Search function.
2. Filter by Asset Status
Status dropdown contains 4 statuses: Active, Finished, Invalidated, and Without images.
-
Active: Active assets are the ones that are ready for inspection or in progress of inspection. By default "Active" status is selected, and the filter result is displayed accordingly on the main screen.
-
Finished: Finished assets are the ones that have been inspected already. On these assets, the green checkmark is displayed.
-
Invalidated: Invalidated assets are the ones that were marked as invalidated for some reasons, such as wrong defects registered.
-
Without images: Empty assets, or assets that do not have linked images are still included and displayed for inspectors to have good overview of their data. These assets are marked as an image cross symbol which is displayed as the cover image.
3. Filter by Verified Observations
When inspectors have registered an observation for an asset, the defect type and its count are displayed under Verified Observations filter of the Asset overview page. Users can use this filter to get assets with a specific defect type, for example getting all assets with woodpecker damage.
4. Filter by AI Suggestions
Observations made by eSmart AI show up as suggestions for each asset and are called AI suggestions. Users can utilitze AI support and this filter to focus on assets with a possible defect type, such as woodpecker damage.
If there is no suggestion from AI a text is displayed under Suggestions filter and the filter count in suggestions is 0.
Mini-map
Users can have a sense of the location of the assets through the mini-map at the right bottom part of the window. Assets are represented as blue dots. Users can also navigate to an asset from the mini-map by clicking on an asset, or a blue dot. The map can be switched between the map view and the satellite view.
